Institutional Website for a Local Authority

Design and development of the institutional website of a local authority on Drupal. RGAA Level AA compliance, multi-department content management, and guaranteed accessibility. The project included a requirements gathering phase with municipal departments, then Drupal configuration to let each department manage its own pages in full autonomy (news, administrative procedures, calendar) with no technical skills required. SEO optimization and RGAA audit conducted at project close.
