Vehicle Preparation Tracker

Internal traceability application for vehicle preparation and cleaning operations before return to fleet. Goal: eliminate abuse and cut operational costs. Result: two-thirds of abusive behaviors eliminated in the first few months. Built with Symfony, the application lets field agents log each preparation step (cleaning, condition check, fuel) with timestamps and agent ID. Branch managers get a summary dashboard to monitor workload and detect anomalies in real time.
