Rental Finalization Kiosk

Interactive kiosk deployed in branches allowing customers to finalize their rental file when picking up the vehicle. Goal: cut branch waiting time by more than a third. The application orchestrates communication between a Symfony client interface (kiosk frontend), a C# business service exposing reservation data via REST API, and the Cotrans internal management system. The customer retrieves their file, validates the contract, and collects their documents without going through an agent.
