ADN Courses — Delivery Tracking Platform
Multi-role web platform for a courier and delivery company in Réunion. Built end-to-end, covering back-end and front-end integration. Client portal: secure login, real-time package tracking with statuses and locations, delivery request form, saved addresses, and digital signature on receipt. Admin and driver portal: sorted request dashboard, driver assignment, route display, digital signature validation, and delivery time estimates.
Vehicle Preparation Tracker
Internal traceability application for vehicle preparation and cleaning operations before return to fleet. Goal: eliminate abuse and cut operational costs. Result: two-thirds of abusive behaviors eliminated in the first few months. Built with Symfony, the application lets field agents log each preparation step (cleaning, condition check, fuel) with timestamps and agent ID. Branch managers get a summary dashboard to monitor workload and detect anomalies in real time.
Rental Finalization Kiosk
Interactive kiosk deployed in branches allowing customers to finalize their rental file when picking up the vehicle. Goal: cut branch waiting time by more than a third. The application orchestrates communication between a Symfony client interface (kiosk frontend), a C# business service exposing reservation data via REST API, and the Cotrans internal management system. The customer retrieves their file, validates the contract, and collects their documents without going through an agent.
Saint-Pierre City Hall Website
Design and development of the Saint-Pierre City Hall institutional website on Drupal. RGAA Level AA compliance, multi-department content management, and guaranteed accessibility. The project included a requirements gathering phase with municipal departments, then Drupal configuration to let each department manage its own pages in full autonomy — news, administrative procedures, calendar — with no technical skills required. SEO optimization and RGAA audit conducted at project close.
Online Beverage Store
E-commerce website for selling alcoholic beverages built on Sylius. Product catalog, inventory management, checkout flow, and regulatory compliance for online alcohol sales. Payment system integration, multi-category catalog configuration, and back-office setup allowing the client to manage inventory and orders independently.
Entrepreneurs & Investors Platform
Platform connecting project holders with local investors. Built with Symfony, it allows entrepreneurs to submit and promote their projects, and investors to discover opportunities in the local economy. The application includes a profile system (holder / investor), a project pitch submission module, internal messaging, and contact tracking.
Zinvaziv
Symfony platform connecting individuals and professionals for pruning and treatment of invasive plant species in Réunion Island. The site streamlines intervention request file assembly and geolocation-based matching with certified service providers. Features: geolocated reporting form, administrative file assembly module, verified professional profiles, and integrated messaging between residents and providers.
EDF SEI — Field Mobile Application
Android mobile application (Flutter) allowing EDF SEI field agents to file a Non-Technical Loss case directly on device. Mobile entry minimizes re-entry work and syncs data in real time to the central PNT system. Designed for field use in mobility, the interface is clean and adapted for outdoor use. Filed cases feed directly into the PNT web platform without additional manual intervention.
EDF PNT - Web Reporting
Web application (PHP / PostgreSQL) for reporting and tracking Non-Technical Loss cases at EDF SEI. Used by agents, supervisors, and front desk to centralize and manage PNT files. No manual data entry cases are imported from eCLide. The tool generates Excel exports for HR, feeds iPAC BO, and displays real-time activity statistics.
EDF SEI — User Management
PHP web application for centralized user and role management across EDF SEI internal tools. Allows administrators to create and manage accounts, assign access profiles (agent, supervisor, front desk), and keep application rights up to date. Secure admin interface with per-application rights management and change logging.
EDF SEI — Statistics Dashboard
PHP web application for visualizing operational statistics built for EDF SEI. Interactive dashboards for tracking and analyzing key activity indicators, with data export. Interface designed for quick trend reading: real-time charts, period filters, and CSV/Excel export for management teams.
